I have to give credit to the authors for forward thinking, however. This book describes how anyone can learn how they can improve the value of their own website by offering affiliate products that are directly related to your own website goals.

Most of the book is more about the practical aspects of implementing an affiliate program and maximizing revenue. Overall, Affiliate Selling: Building Revenue on the Web is a good resource -- even if only for historical reasons.
